Qualified instructors begin with the basics and as your confidence and skills in this extreme sport grows, you will be taught how to handle yourself as you paddle the beautiful Nile River. Introductory lessons take place in both the calm pools of water and the smaller grades one and two rapids.

Once a level of competence is proven and maintained, your instructor will lead you through the more challenging grades three, four and five rapids. Even one day spent mastering this extreme sport can bring immense personal satisfaction!
